More on BTVC trip to Suleja to visit Sarkin Shanun Zazzau Babasule Bisalla. It was a day filled with lots of fun as we met with his lovely family and locals. Coincidentally it was Yarimas’ 1st birthday ??. We learnt of the history of Abuja in 1828 which was later named Suleja in 1976. Awwal Ibrahim became the Emir in 1993. We had lots of fun and activities. Thank you to Sarkin Shanu, his lovely wife Rabi and son Yarima. We didn’t want to leave but the day came to an end. Social studies and History @ BTVC 21 June 2018
