The National Council for Women Society NCWS Monday,attended the opening ceremony of a four days capacity building workshop of 200 teachers on Inclusive Education For Special Needs Students, organized by the Ministry Of Education Kebbi State In partnership with Bilmor Technical & Vocational Center.

The event took place at the conference hall of the school of Nursing Birnin kebbi and blessed by the presence of the Executive Governor of Kebbi state Senator Abubakar Atiku Bagudu ably represented by the Deputy Governor of Kebbi state Alh. Samaila Yombe Dabai and other invited top Government officials.

The Exco-Members of the NCWS Kebbi State Chapter celebrate with the founder of Bilmor Technical & Vocational Center in person of Dr. Balkisu Magoro,  who is also the 2nd National Secretary NCWS Abuja.
