Mission and Philosophy

Bilmor Technical and Vocational Centre’s mission is to provide personalized, evidence-based vocational training for Special Needs children in collaboration with their families and community.

Philosophy

BTVC believes that all students can succeed academically, behaviourally and socially. The ultimate goal is to facilitate students’ successful transition into adult life. BTVC engages students in functional age-appropriate activities, uses positive reinforcement and interventions for social skills development, and develops an individual transition plan for all students.
